Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

As the fourth largest provider of IT to IRS, Iron Bow has been planning, supplying, managing and supporting solutions for the Department of Treasury, the IRS and its other bureaus since 1998.

  • Supported the evolution of the IRS infrastructure through the refresh and support of more than 110,000 seats and thousands of servers 
  • Provided a common network and telephony template used across all IRS Service Centers, district and field offices 
  • Deployed more than 2,200 phones in 32 locations and provided on-site engineering support to all 112 IP Telephony locations

Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC)

For close to a decade, AOUSC has relied on Iron Bow for highly effective technology solutions that support the U.S. District Courts, U.S. Courts of Appeals, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts and the Administrative Office.

  • Designed and deployed more than $20 million in solutions nationwide, ranging from security assessments and VoIP implementations to networking and data center initiatives 
  • Supporting the Federal Judiciary branch in nationwide engineering, installation and maintenance of local area networks, file and print services through the GSA schedule-based DCN Local Area Network Equipment and Services BPA

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)

Since 2008, Iron Bow has supported the FBI and its 456 locations for all security enclaves.

  • Standardizing the Bureau’s technology environment through the Prevention of IT Obsolescence (PITO) contract formerly known as the Technology Refresh Program (TRP), which replaces 20% of the FBI’s oldest hardware and software solutions each year 
  • Customizing and delivering tens of thousands of desktops, printers and notebooks across the Bureau’s network

United States Coast Guard (USCG)

Over the past decade, Iron Bow has delivered a variety of solutions to the USCG.

  • Supplying products on nationwide basis 
  • Supporting FISMA C&A 
  • Assisting in Vessel Traffic Systems (VTS) operations 
  • Providing delivery and support of customized desktops, notebooks and servers to ships, aircraft and more than 300 Coast Guard locations as part of an enterprise-wide refresh initiated in 2007
