Jill Kavalsky

Director, Civilian

Leveraging 12 years of experience in the information technology industry, Jill is Iron Bow’s Director of Civilian Sales. In this role she is responsible for the strategy, management and delivery of information technology solutions in support of U.S. government civilian agencies.

Jill was previously the Director of Partner Alliances for Iron Bow where she was responsible for all aspects of Iron Bow’s relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and distributors.  In this role, Jill cultivated sales growth via strategic partnerships, identified emerging partnerships and managed manufacturer certification programs and partner onboarding.

Previous to Iron Bow, Jill ran the Federal practice at KBZ Communications (now ScanSource).  Jill is a proven leader who is passionate about people and partnerships.  She is dedicated to developing strategies aligning Iron Bow’s initiatives alongside our key partners to achieve mutual success for our clients.  Jill believes strong and solid relationships are what is most important in the business world.

Jill holds a bachelor’s in Mass Communication from Towson University.
