Chantilly, VA – July 15, 2014
Iron Bow Technologies LLC, an information technology solutions provider, today announced it has been named to the 2014 Washington Technology 100. The annual list ranks the largest companies in the government market by their prime contract revenue for IT, systems integration, telecommunications, professional services and other high-tech functions. Iron Bow was ranked 50th on this year’s list, up three slots from their ranking in 2013.
Nick Wakeman, Editor of Washington Technology, notes in his analysis of the list that, “the past year has been described by many as one of the more difficult in recent memory, with Congress and the White House divided on government funding and priorities. The result was a year in which contractors had little visibility into spending plans beyond a few months.”
Even with funding uncertainties, federal agencies are still determined to move their missions forward despite constrained budgets. Therefore, they are increasingly turning to today’s advanced IT solutions and services to help accomplish their mission while simultaneously increasing productivity and reducing costs.
“There is no doubt that the market has been shifting, and many of our agency customers are forced to do more with less,” said Rene LaVigne, President and CEO, Iron Bow Technologies. “Iron Bow is consistently ranked among the top IT solution and service providers servicing the federal government because of our strong commitment to providing federal agencies with innovative solutions and expertise to help them achieve their mission, as well as our dedication to delivering positive business outcomes for our customers.”
