February 5th, 2018

Herndon, VA – February 5, 2018

Iron Bow Technologies, an IT solutions provider that serves commercial, healthcare and government clients, today announced it has been named on the commonwealth’s “Best Places to Work in Virginia” list.  This is the second consecutive year Iron Bow has placed on the list.  This annual list, formed by Virginia Business, is a stateside program that identifies and honors top workplaces in the state.

“It is an honor to be named to this listing for the second consecutive year.  We work diligently to create a culture of diversity and inclusion and empower an entrepreneurial spirit throughout our workplace.  We keep top of mind the fact that what we do matters – to our clients, to our employees, and within our community,” said Rene LaVigne, President and CEO of Iron Bow Technologies.

“Ranking on this list is testament to our leadership’s commitment to create a culture that fosters an environment of team development and individual growth,” adds Debbie Yassine, Vice President of Human Resources.  “Iron Bow has a unique culture that encourages individual contributions and innovative ideas that provide superior service to our clients.”

The annual list is based on company input and an employee survey conducted by Best Companies Group.  Evaluations are based on several factors, including the quality of leadership, company culture, pay and benefit practices and work-life balance.
