Iron Bow Technologies, an information technology solutions provider to the government, commercial and healthcare markets, is proud to announce it has been named a “2017 Top Workplace” by The Washington Post. The company ranked 14 in the Midsize category on the publication’s annual list.

“This marks our third consecutive year being recognized as a DC area top workplace. It’s quite an honor and validates our diligent efforts to foster team development, individual growth, and innovative spirit,” said Rene LaVigne, President and CEO of Iron Bow Technologies. “Our company is growing, our initiatives are forward-thinking, and our culture is thriving.”

“This continued recognition validates our ‘customer-first and mutual respect for all members of our community,’ mantra in helping us reach our goals,” adds Debbie Yassine, Vice President of Human Resources. “Iron Bow’s leadership is dedicated to continued ranking among the top workplaces by providing exceptional service to our clients and a culture that nurtures a happy and healthy lifestyle balance for our colleagues.”

The annual list is based solely on employee feedback from a survey conducted by Work Place Dynamics, LLC, an independent research company. Evaluations of employers are based on several factors, including the quality of leadership, pay and benefit practices and work-life balance.
