At Iron Bow, we understand that every decision matters, especially when it comes to choosing your next workplace. Whether you're actively seeking a job or simply curious to learn more about who we are and what we stand for, you've come to the right place.
In this TechSource blog, we'll delve into the essence of Iron Bow, offering insights into our culture, values, and why becoming a part of our team could be the next defining chapter in your career journey.
A Little History
For over two decades, Iron Bow has been at the forefront of the tech industry's evolution. It all began with our roots as Apptis Technology Solutions transforming into the powerhouse known as Iron Bow in 2010.
We’re proud to say we have 121 employees with 10+ years of service and 27 teammates who have left and rejoined Iron Bow.
Why do people stay? Why do people who leave keep coming back? One reason could be is that when we say we’re a hybrid workplace, we really mean it.
We understand that times have changed and so has the way we get work done. Unless you're one of our on-site superheroes racking up billable hours, you've got the tools to work virtually.
And hey, if you happen to swing by our awesome HQ in Herndon, Virginia, you're in for a treat. We've spruced things up with cool features, including a new state-of-the-art conference center. So, when the leggings and sweatpants start losing their charm, throw on some jeans and come hang out with the Iron Bow crew in person. It's a win-win! Optimally, if you don’t have to be in the office day to day, a hybrid formula is the best solution whereby you will get the full benefit of hybrid work.
Darlene Mugisha, Pre-boarding Manager at Iron Bow says, “What stood out to me about Iron Bow from the beginning was the culture. Even during the interview process, it was clear that this is a company that cares about its people. Since joining, I’ve had the chance to work closely with great colleagues, and I’ve seen how committed everyone is to creating a positive experience for both employees and customers. We’re encouraged to make a real impact in the community with the work we do; while knowing we have the support of our team. Helping new hires feel connected to our culture from the start is one of the most rewarding parts of my role!”
