Advanced Services Overview

Cisco Advanced Services (AS) are delivered by cleared Cisco operations managers and network engineers. The combination of technical support, advanced services, operations and asset management is designed to provide the most comprehensive support for USAF.  These Cisco resources combined with Iron Bow Technologies, will accelerate the digital transformation over the next five years.



High Touch Technical Support (HTTS)

  • Personalized high touch support, expedited routing and call handling with limited after-hours on-call support
  • Allows you to transmit and receive classified information via SIPR and VOSIP
  • Most technologies are supported 8:00 a.m.– 8:00 p.m. (Eastern)


Advanced Service Resources

  • Five (5) dedicated Cisco resources to support the design, implementation, delivery and management of the Cisco environment


High Touch Operations Management (HTOM)

  • A single Cisco point of contact for all support assistance, prioritization and management within this contract
