She leverages her deep experience that spans the sports industry -- having led Corporate Sponsorships for the Fortune 100 firm Charles Schwab & Co; founding & serving as Managing Partner for one of the leading Olympic marketing agencies in the United States; guiding global marketing efforts for an emerging sporting goods company; and being one of the early pioneers in the digital sports marketing space. Her work has included programs for Liberty Mutual Insurance, Constellation Wines US, American Century Investments, Microsoft, Sprint and across our Olympic National Governing Bodies including USA Hockey, US Ski & Snowboard, USA Softball, USA Water Polo and USA Wrestling.
Under her leadership, the Mystics have experienced exponential growth in revenue over the past 4 seasons while weathering the challenges of COVID-impacted seasons with League-recognized best-in-class fan engagement programs. The Mystics’ District of Change platform captures the organization’s commitment to ‘doing well and doing good’, leveraging the power of sports to create change in our communities, empower women & girls, and celebrate female leadership. McAuley earned a bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University and a master’s degree in sport management from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
She’s a former Fulbright Scholar, a published author in sports marketing, an avid home cook & wine lover, and the proud mom of two young sons, Kieran and Liam.
