AJ Mencias

A. J. brings over 24 years of experience in the IT industry with more than 15 years in partner-led consultative services delivery.  In his most recent role at Red River, A. J. was Vice President of Service Delivery where he focused on improving value to customers, sales, and partners.  A. J. focused on enhancing the sales team's trust in the services organization while creating raving fans of their customers.  As a result of his leadership, his team improved their net promoter score (a customer survey metric) by more than 20 points.  Prior to his time at Red River, A. J. was Senior Director of Operations at Mythics where he lead their consulting services delivery organization.  In prior roles he worked at Chenga and GTSI.
