Cindy Bechtel is the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations at Iron Bow Technologies, where she brings more than 20 years of experience and a deep understanding of the business to her work. Having grown her career at Iron Bow across multiple roles—including both individual contributor and leadership positions—Cindy offers a well-rounded perspective on how to support teams, customers, partners, and sustainable growth.
Throughout her tenure, Cindy has focused on building strong operational foundations that enable sales teams to succeed by enhancing their ability to effectively support their customers and partners. She led the sales implementation of Iron Bow’s CRM and ERP systems, helping modernize processes, improve visibility, and create scalable infrastructure that supports both day-to-day execution and long-term strategy. She takes pride in and understands the importance of partnering closely with sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams to align people, processes, and tools in meaningful ways.
