Doug Kollme

As Chief Financial Officer of Iron Bow, Doug leads all finance and accounting functions of the company. Prior to his time at Iron Bow, he worked in the federal market for two decades, principally as a CFO of high growth technology services organizations including Acentia (Health IT), Buffalo Group (intel analysis and software development) and InfoZen (IT modernization, cloud and agile development). 

As a CFO at prior organizations, Doug has been an integral leader in scaling companies both organically and through M&A transactions valued at over $600 million in aggregate. As it relates to his experience in working with rapidly growing businesses, he has been involved two companies that both grew over 700% during his tenure as CFO, where he was a key contributor in implementing successful growth trajectories, as well as developing strong financial and operating teams, policies, and reporting practices.

Prior to his CFO roles, he was in investment and commercial banking positions for Wells Fargo. Doug holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BS in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
