Greg Stemberger is Chief Technology Officer at Iron Bow Technologies, where he leads the company’s technology strategy, research and development, and innovation efforts. He works across Iron Bow’s technology practices to identify emerging capabilities, shape the company’s technical roadmap, and translate advancements in technology into practical solutions that address customers’ evolving business and operational needs.
With more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Greg brings deep expertise in enterprise and service provider environments, network architecture, cybersecurity, automation, and infrastructure modernization. Since joining Iron Bow in 2016, he has held progressively senior technology leadership roles, helping evolve the company’s approach to solution development while strengthening alignment among engineering, strategic technology partners, and customers.
Greg is particularly focused on the technologies reshaping modern IT environments, including artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, next-generation networking, cybersecurity, and post-quantum readiness. Under his technology leadership, Iron Bow teams continue to develop solutions that simplify complex environments, improve visibility and operational efficiency, and help organizations more effectively apply emerging technology to real-world challenges.
A highly credentialed technologist, Greg has earned multiple Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certifications as well as VMware Certified Design Expert–Network Virtualization (VCDX-NV) certification. He attended James Madison University.
