Jim LaMantia

Jim serves as Iron Bow Technologies Senior Vice President of Accounting/Finance and Treasurer. He leads all aspects of the company’s accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and finance transformation initiatives.

Jim has over 30 years of financial, executive, and management experience, including over 25 years in the U.S. federal government sector. Prior to joining Iron Bow Technologies in 2019, Jim was Vice President and Controller for CA’s Public Sector, a provider of technology software solutions to federal government agencies with a focus in the health, human services, and public safety markets.

Previously he served as senior financial position for MBDA, Atlas Research and Alion Science and Technology. He has specific expertise in developing and executing complex financial transactions, merger and acquisition integration, cash management activities, margin improvement initiatives, and financial reporting, as well as building innovative and effective finance and accounting teams.
