Rachel Murphy

Rachel has a dynamic background of experience spanning various roles in commercial and federal IT sales and operations. She successfully leads teams by example, implementing governance models that optimize efficiency and aim to exceed goals.

Rachel graduated from Towson University in 2002 with a degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration. With more than 20 years of experience with small and large IT companies, Rachel has carried several different positions, always challenging the status quo, pushing hard toward innovative organizational growth.

As Iron Bow's Director of Federal Healthcare, Rachel strives to understand customer's pain points and leads the team to solve large complex IT challenges that impact Veterans, Soldiers, Civilians and enterprise support ecosystems.
