Contract Details
The ITES-4H contracts provide for the purchase and lease of commercial UNIX Based Servers, Non-UNIX based servers, desktops, notebooks, workstations, thin/zero clients, storage systems, networking equipment (including wireless), network printers, product ancillaries (including equipment cabinets, racks and mounts), peripherals (including monitors), network cabling products, video teleconferencing (VTC) products, standalone displays (e.g., plasma screens, HDTVs), document scanners, Everything over Internet Protocol (EoIP) products, communication devices, power devices, and software (includes Enterprise Software Agreements (ESA), Non-ESA, SmartBUY, and Non- SmartBUY), warranty variations, and other related incidental services, accessories, and options.
ITES-4H requires no fee. With decentralized ordering it's more flexible, which shortens response time.

- Base Contract Period: September 19, 2025 – September 18, 2030
- Base Ordering Period: November 20, 2025 - September 18, 2030
- Option 1 Period: September 19, 2030 – September 18, 2035
Contract Ceiling: $10B over the life of the ITES-4H contract
Authorized Buyers: Open to Army, DoD and all Federal Agencies and authorized Government Contractors supporting those agencies
