Retired US Army as a Signal Corp Officer, Shylo has proven experience in delivering Cybersecurity and Information Technology capabilities to our Nation and coordinating information Technology decision-making at the highest levels of the Department of Defense. She is well versed in Joint Cyberspace Operations planning, resourcing, and policy development. Shylo possess a comprehensive background in Executive Leadership, Operational Planning, and Strategic Planning. Shylo lives in Sierra Vista, AZ with her two children Berlyn and Auston. She’s a graduate of the University of Arizona and the University of Maryland-Global Campus.
